I'm still dealing with this problem, Love to have a flow chart/trouble shooting guide to address this issue.
I've Actually took it to locale Toyota dealer and they've had it almost two months. They "think that the throttle pot is bad. So I've oked them to order and replace the pot. Fingers crossed.
