I can not remember if these need a thin wall socket or not I do not believe so. The use Autolite 388, 376 or 378 plugs. Denso versions are L14RU or L14U. These would use a 22mm socket. If they are original, which I would doubt being how old this truck is, be careful taking them out so that you do not pull out the threads or snap it off.
