The horn on these trucks are three wire. There is a batt. pos. and a batt. neg. And a signal wire from the VSM. Check the wiring at the horn and test the out put wire for a pos. signal from the vsm. If no signal replace the horn. If there is a signal and the horn button is not stuck you have a defective vsm.
