What style of upright fo you have, standard, free lift, triple or quad? Depending on the style, there might be a valve in the bottom of the front center cylinder (if yours has one) which has gone bad, a cylinder may have become dented, preventing the bottom packing from passing or there may be something wrong with the rollers on your carriage.
