again you are all wrong your steering amp has a bad capacitor top one its fill with gey silicone wrap around it go ahead touch the capacitor and see its loose every time you hit a bump the cap its arc internal on the board which you need to take off the grey silicone and look on the back of the board and see where its soldered to the top cap and see it burnt
