This individual is responsible for supporting the branches, technicians, salesmen and customers to grow the tire revenue in the region.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Press and install tires.
* Communicate with the customer and provide a high level of customer satisfaction
* Maintain cleanliness in work areas and tire press truck.
* Maintain record of miles driven and fuel receipts for reporting.
* Other duties as required by the Service Manager, which could include keeping service jobs organized and turned in daily, managing inventory of tire needs, willingness to take on new responsibilities.
* Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Requirements / Skills
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
* Computer skills or ability to learn.
* Valid Class E driver's license and good driving record.
* Good organizational skills.
* Confidentiality.
* Ability to operate a forklift in a safe manner.
* Able to meet the physical requirements of the position.
* Professional attitude and ability to successfully work in a team environment.
* Regular and prompt attendance.
* Present a professional image in personal appearance, dress, and preparation.


WORKING CONDITIONS: Hours will be 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, plus whatever time is required to accomplish the goals of the position. Occasional overtime may be required. This is an hourly, non-exempt position.
