Mitsubishi has confirmed the acquisition of UniCarriers, ending weeks of market speculation.

WHAT THE HECK JUST HAPPENED?

This has got to give a real comfortable feeling to any Nissan dealer, (whoops, sorry I forgot to include TCM) that shares his APR with a Cat / Mitsubishi dealer down the street. If you're not the biggest and meanest kid on the block you're going to have your lunch handed to you PDQ I'd imagine. Your love affair with Unicarriers will be very short lived when they want to consolidate dealers and territories. Did anyone give any thought to a deal like this 10 years ago? hmmm...?
