Ok, we have drifted away a little from the orginal post but every one of you seem to have hit the nail square on the head. We all are concerned and care about the customer because to us we deal with them on a direct personal basis. They are not just an accounting entry on some ledger somewhere but real honest to goodness PEOPLE! When somebodys lift goes down it is not producing revenue, they look to us for the solution for their problems. If they want smoke blown up their b-tts they call sales.
