I recently was asked if we would provide basic tools to our mechanics. Things such as impact sockets wrenches ect. When I served my time as apprentice mechanic and full road tech we were expected to provide our own tools is this still the same? I understand shop tools but sockets?! If we didn't have the tool for the job they would find someone who did
