The information that I have received from a fellow Instructor is the machine make is Crown gpc 3000 the passenger compartment is an attachment fitted to the forks.The lifting capability is 2000kg but the capacity plate states 1600kgs to accommodate the passenger and attachment. Argos is a big company here in the UK I'm sure they would have done their homework on this...
