Pump contactor detected open when commanded closed.
It's physically stuck. points burned, wiring to it bad. CHECK FU8 fuse first. With voltage not ohnmeter!!! Jumper it if your not sure, or use known good fuse. It will test ok with an ohmeter, but still be bad! PC sense line may be bad. Check for continuity from TP7 to JS14-8
Worst case, System card and VFC. Rare
I hope there is not a remote switch for lifting a cage?
