Boy- You've got yourself a handful! First- the hoist cyl leak- how many stages does the upright have- 2 or 3? Secondly- the clutch issue- do these units have manual or automatic trans? The "clutch" may be the inching mechanism malfunctioning. As far as the brakes- these units have the brake assy's inside the read diff assy, not right behind the wheels like most lifts- not over the top difficult, just more than most. What do you mean- "spool valve control"?
