We just had factory training on Komatsu units and they are aware of problem on motor mounts. They were designed to give in case of motor coming into contact with immovable object. They said something about installing a pin. I'm thinking you can insert bolt into elongated hole to keep engine from sliding backwards. But I personally haven't had to face that problem yet. This was from other tech that attended school.
