this tech that came, checked all the contacts, brushes, fuses, powered up the steering motor and said all are good and the only thing left would be this steering "card" and that they would have to send it out to test. i let the company know of my frustration and that now i am completely immobile, they have said they would bring me a loaner and take this back to the shop to figure out what the issue is with the not moving and also the steering issue. one more thing i might mention is that he said the main contact would just keep clicking when we tried to move it and when trying to use the hydraulics it would only work for a second as soon as you switch it on and then just start clicking and not work.
