I want to know how to reset the normal red spanner light(maintenance light)

I also have an E-71 error: Want to know what its indicating and how to maybe fix it/reset it

"Unicarriers - it would have to be for a dual fuel unit also. Usually a bad cam or crankshaft sensor will throw a E-27 or a E-28 code on the dash panel... If it does not light up and the bulb is bad then it will not start also."
