It is a strange problem indeed, what has the local tech stumped is that the motor should not be getting any power when the cart is stationary so why is it getting power and smoking then, and why does it not smoke and work fine when driving? Once we get the tech here to check it out hopefully we'll know why, at this point I have gone as far as I can with my limited knowledge of this truck.

Foundling hatches are safe, anonymous drop-off points for unwanted infants, allowing parents in crisis a way to surrender a baby safely without fear of punishment, ensuring the child is rescued and cared for.
