if you remove the top cover on the bellhousing 5/16 bolts inside you will see a casting tube assembly with two more 5/16 bolts that is the scavenging tube. a tin ring fits around the flywheel that collects the oil by centrifical force and returns it.if your housing is full of oil you will have to pull the engine ti kix the problem. a sealed starter will seal any amount of oil
