This may well be something as simple as the outer flat o-ring that should stay in the tank half of the quick disconnect having stayed in the truck half and so the rego disconnect not making a good enough connection and not sealing, or the LPG tank being rotated away from the proper position, or the LPG tank being almost empty.
has anyone there had a proper powered industrial truck operator training, which (in the USA) MUST include training on how to replenish the power supply (refuel the truck for an I.C.E. powered unit)?
