U.S. Forklift operators may also require OSHA 1926.1400 - Cranes and Derricks crane operator certification when they operate a forklift configured to hoist and lower (by means of a winch or hook) and horizontally move a suspended load when engaging in any type of CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITY.
