Hello johnmowcop,
Make sure you have a good battery with at least 13.5 volts. Check to see if you have a good spark. I think you may have some condensation in the distributor. If all is good, check to see if you are getting propane fuel to the carburetor. If you don't you will have to check the propane lock off and converter. Get a licensed technician to preform this.
