When the ignition key is turned to the on position there is not any voltage to the fuel lockoff, even when you are cranking no voltage is ever present. The electronic accelarator module does not move either. Any ideas of which dirrection i should go? If i disconnect the lockoff and use jumper wires to it the engine will start, but the direcetion controls will not work or it will not accelarate.
