we have a possible sending unit problem in our fuel system. Maybe a sensor? Intermittent hesitation when depressing the fuel pedal and bogging down when under load. Most of the time it runs fine though. Is there a possible correlation between the operator who is unusually slow running the lift at extremely low RPM's and this problem?
