Before tracker and PDA, I used to average 5 jobs a day, order parts, service my regular customers etc, nigh on impossible now with the current structure and setup. The amount of time being dumped into AIM and LTH because of PDA problems must be colossal across the UK.

Ah well there is my moan for tonight. This is not the company I joined in 93, lucky if we are still here in 2010 unless our Senior Managers address the problems now.
