Hi,
I have a Hyster J1.6XNT with a Zapi FZ5018C controller. The lift section of this forklift stopped working. As soon as lift levers are touched the error message #260 appears (incorrect voltage to pump motor) and sometimes #142 (no current to pump motor), the main contactor shuts off. Touching the levers again and the contactor engages again, touching the levers again and the error message appears and so on...
The forklift still drives when the main contactor is engaged and if there is no error message of the pump motor.
Before opening the controller I wanted to make sure that the problem isn't elsewhere.
Lever operation seems fine. When these are touched I measure 49v at the pump motor, but no amps.
A couple of weeks ago we changed all the connectors between the battery cells. We added some copper grease to them to prevent corrosion.
I found another post of someone having the same problem. On his controller a series of around 20 mosfets, an optocoupler and drivers for the mosfets were burned.
As I don't have any schematics of this controller any info or help, such as schematics, part numbers of usually broken power parts in the pump section of this controller or any suggestions that would help me tackle this problem would be highly appreciated.
Cheers!
