Just a little more information, I believe one of the mechanics that previously worked on the forklift ran a wire directly to the reverse solenoid so it is allowing it to go into reverse. I am assuming it would not be going into gear if they hadnt done that bypass previously.
We know there is a short somewhere in the wiring harness but have not been able to locate an affordable wiring harness at this time.
