Not how to win friends.
Math is used on a tilt table to determine the tip over point of the forkli lift stability triaangle and position of the center of gravity at various tilt table angles while the mast is tilted back and adjusted to various positions with the mast like vertically with full rated load and mast adjusted to true vertical of the 4' x 4' x 4' test loads as masts will bend forward some mor than others; also forks raised 6" off the floor and mast tilted back ward. In case of a CB electric they are tested for minimum weight batteries and max weight batteries.

In a nutshell don't think any shade tree engineering will have the capabilities and equipment to do what you state Plus your forklift MUST have an appropriate capacity plate issued by the manufacture of your brand of lift / OSHA standards.
Have a good day Have an accident with the forklift you played with and you'll or your son see OSHA in a NY second will be able to do that much less pass any of the required.

Fact of the week
The dot-com bubble, a period of large and rapid investments in internet-based companies, peaked in 2000 and saw the Nasdaq Composite index rise by 579%. Then the bubble imploded. As the value of tech stocks plummeted, cash-strapped internet start-ups became worthless and collapsed.
