Hi John, its a CC Power electronics Ltd SCR unit Model no 8022 36-80volts, serial no 01 04 8948. The forklift is a Hyster E 3.00XL C108A02237G
Circa year 1987. The fwd and rev contractors pull in as they should as does the hydraulics contactor. The 4 x pcb leds light up as they should when requested. And the wheels turn increasing in speed as the accelerator is depressed but nowhere near fast enough. It's as if there's not enough power being delivered to the motor. The motor brushes look fine.
