Your forward clutch pressure reading is below normal operating range, most severe. Need to verify transmission fluid is at level. Check trans filter to see when it was last changed. If the filter is solid black it has never been changed. Could have a failed pressure relief valve, but would expect additional codes. Depending on hours and age, operations of lift, clutch pack could be worn out. Have known the transmission harness to fail, possible failed connection. Good Luck
