Steve, thanks for the reply buddy, and yes you are correct sir. I'll try the lube first before I disassemble the pedal. One other thing I'm curious about is the tiny T-handle to the right of the monotrol pedal, seems like a parking brake. I cleaned the friction lock to move freely but can't seem to set brakes. Brakes work great via pedals. I ordered a manual but I'm an impatient 5$&@!??
