If you don't have any way to get cable and scanner to check check engine light you will have to try to go through gas Petal this will take practice turn key on and count 3seconds than hit petal down 5times within 5 second make sure the fifth time is in the up position than count 7 seconds than hold petal down for approx 10 seconds and check engine will start blinkiing count the blinks most codes are 4 numbers if the light should blink ten times in a row that code is a zero.for example 1blink than2 blink than ten blinks than four blinks would be 1204 code l would use stop watch to do this it has to be done perfectly or it will not blink if you try and it does not work just turn key off and start over when all codes are done flashing it will flash three time the zero code as for 000 after you find out what the codes are get back to me and l will help you try to fix it. the only way it will not work is if the petal is the problem hope this helps
