I have been struggling to troubleshoot an issue to my RC3020-35 forklift. Most of the time, you turn the key on, and it will only go at a very low speed, basically a crawl. All you have to do to make it go normal is slam your foot down on the brake pedal and it kicks into normal. I have bypassed every switch around the pedals and it still does it. The brakes are brand new and work just like they are supposed to. They aren't dragging at all when it is stuck in this slow gear. I have exhausted every option I know.
