It's an easy way to wean out the bad wood. All that was required was for managers to actually "manage" ?
As for pinching a few minutes I think that management has forgotten about the 1/2hour they steel off every engineer every day. I wouldn't mind so much but when they charge the customer for the time you've given up it makes my blood boil !
This spy in the cab system is the only system that penalises you for not crashing ! If you brake or take evasive action it lights up and marks you down ! What idiot thought that would be a good idea ?????
