It's a long shot but you might want to make sure the brushes and springs are not out of spec aftermarket parts. Get the OEM parts from Hyster and make sure springs get replaced even if they look good.
Also, make sure the Hyster dealer isn't getting aftermarket parts. In the old days some Parts guys would make a few extra bucks that way.
