Hi. We have recently been experiencing difficulty using truck doctor. The software has been tested using the canbox on a r1.4 reach truck.

However when we use the truck doctor cable, direct through the serial port connection it doesn't see anything connected. We have tried, several different trucks, we have tried 2 different laptop, and we have also had a new set of cables.
It all worked fine until one day, its just stopped working and we cannot seem to workout why. Has anyone experienced anything similar?
The laptop runs windows 10 and the tablet runs windows 7 both have serial connections. We have also tried re installation of the software version 2.01.005.

We don't know what else to try.

The black box flight recorder was invented by Australian scientist David Warren in the mid-1950s. While initially met with indifference in Australia, his invention gained international recognition, particularly in the UK, and is now a mandatory piece of safety equipment on all commercial aircraft.
