This lift should have two controllers, one is master and the other slave. Check all SRO switches, ie seat switch, accelerator switch and so on. Check battery voltage. I assume this is 36 volt system. Make sure the battery is reading between 38 to 39 volts. If it is reading 36 volts, battery needs to be charged. Still not working, check connection between controllers, master P21 to slave P10. Thanks.
