Is there anyway that I could have put the AC motor together incorrectly? it worked fine before I installed the encoder bearing. I determined it was a motor issue after borrowing a used motor to try and this used motor worked fine. I also tried the old encoder bearing on this used motor and it also worked fine. So i am 99.9% sure it is a motor issue. Any ideas would be welcomed.
