I have a 1988 Baker forklift with a hydrstatic drive. The unit seems to always be in reverse. As soon as you release the brake it starts to roll. It does not matter if the forward/reverse switch is engaged or in neutral it still rolls backwards. The "go" pedal does not have any effect on what the forklift does. When you depress the brake the lift stops moving. any ideas will be helpful.

Thanks
