DISPLAY SAYS COAST ON AS SOON AS I LOWER HANDLE AND HANDLE IS HARD TO RAISE OR LOWER. FIRST HOW IS COAST ACTIVATED AND DO YOU HAVE TO TURN IT OFF. CAN I DISCONNECT IT
