Make sure your Brake Pedal is adjusted correctly. There should be approximately 1/2 to 3/4 inch free play. If there is not, the compensating port will be blocked in the master cylinder and the system remains pressurized and will create the issue your having. This truck should still be under warranty, did the dealer try to fix it?
