The starter is bad and battery is dead.
I need to release the wheels so the winch can pull it up the flat bed truck. I have not other machine to push it.
What type of transmission does this forklift have ?
When the parking break is released, and the shifter is in neutral, the forklift still does not roll.
While the lift is on the floor, what can I do or remove in order to free the wheels. I only have access from above while standing next to this lift.
