Lift will have a GE EVT100ZX controller. Manual is available from flight systems to download.
At start up(key tuned on) battery state of charge will be displayed.
Hour meter will display for a few seconds after key switch is turned off.
01,02,03,06,08 and 11 are operator errors or improper start up sequence.
Several dash options were available, so depending on dash style other icons and displays may be observed.
If available, the operators manual does have information on dash.
