Hi Gary.
I have a very similar problem with the Linde H50D truck with the CBJB engine.
Hydraulic pumps are working well, but the stroller does not want to travel when the full pedal is pressed.

After some time we found a certain dependence.
Air flow meter - it does not work well. After replacing the new original bosch, the problem continues. Manual obscuration of the air flow meter changes the meter's display and the engine starts to work at full power. The boost pressure shows in the norm, but it does not draw well what the flowmeter incorrectly indicates (this is our theory).

We approach that from the beginning the problem is a turbocharger which is inefficient despite good indications on the computer.

Do you have facebook? I would talk to you about the trolley, maybe we can fix yours and my forklift together ;-)
