DESCRIPTION: Due to vibration of the ACQ sensor cable (#4050236) inside the inner boom (when driving without extending or retracting the boom), the potentiometers inside the ACQ sensor turn ccw and cw repeatedly. This short movement can cause wear inside the potentiometers. This wear will only appear in the beginning of the potentiometer bandwidth when driving with the boom extended between 0 to 2 meters. This wear / movement can cause alarm code 196. There are 4 other pages to the service gram. You may want to contact your local dealer for the full Gram.
