Its a known fact that they have bought Maximal, what not so much well Known is the reason for this purchase, which is the Chinese container handling Market.

Maximal might manufacture for Utilev but that might cause concern with HC who currently manufacture for Utilev. So thats going to be the interesting part of this deal. also Maximal do some good copies of another manufactures trucks so you might see these appearing as utilev in the future.


Sany practically control the Chinese market in mobile Container handling and with Maximal and possibly a deal with another Chinese company that will be announced next year Hyster Yale will enter this market producing trucks at maximal for this company


Sany have produce over three times as many Reach stackers as Hyster by controlling the Chinese market
