Discussion:
Lift after override intermittent

I am working on a TSP7000 that has an issue with raise after the override. I can raise up to the limit then select override and randomly it will raise or it will just sit there. The pump motor turns slow but does not ramp up to lift the platform. Sometimes it will eventually ramp up then raise it of you hold it there long enough. Anyone run into this issue before?

I have swapped valves and checked POT and ORS inputs

Thank you in advance

Sorry it took so long we had the OEM dealer come in and look at it. They called Crown and Crown said to replace the hydraulic pump.

Not sure why this would cause it but replacing the hydraulic pump solved the problem.

Just wanted to reply in case someone has the same issue
