The correct battery voltage need to be programmed into the truck control system. The control panel needs to be set to allow programming in the first instance but a simple press of a few keys after will rectify this. If you still have the problem let me know and i can walk you through it. Will need truck serial number for this.

I had the same problem, battery works well on other machine, now indicator says battery discharged and will not lift.
Anybody any ideas or copy of manual please
