Discussion:
PMT trip

I have a 1987 TM12 that trips the pmt when the throttle is pushed just before the 1A the scr speed seems slow also. Itwill not turn the wheels on the ground but will with the wheel up. It takes off real slow and kicks the PMT twice before quiting all together. Could it be the throttle assm.?
I tried a #2 scr and the #1 src checks good.
Thanks

Thanks Justin, The truck is an inside only truck and I did check most of what you suggested. The #2 checked bad and I have seen in our Crown TS trucks when one goes they both go. Thank you again.

Mr. Kim
make sure all the bars and wire connectors are clean
or if you take em out it would be a good idea to wire brush them

ive seen machines do the same thing from dirty connections (less than a year old machine ev100zx)

you might have cleaned them a little just by loosening and tightening them

if the issue returns wire brush all the connections between the 2, 5, the capacitor, choke/ reactor, and the spider assemblies
(for EV100 system)

The concept started in the 12th century, was abandoned in the late 19th century, then reintroduced in 1952. It has since been adopted in many countries.
