Discussion:

I have a machine that shows an 02 code for just a second and the clears up ,but it's slow raising up with operator onboard and only runs in slow mode. Any suggestions?

Park the scissor lift in a well ventilated area near an electrical outlet.
Press the emergency shut-off switch to prevent another operator from unknowingly driving away while the lift is plugged in....
Locate the battery charger on the base of the lift on the right side.

hello bruce,
the 02 code is a communication error between the platform and the ecm.
usually caused by a bad control cable or a problem in the platform control.
I would open up that platform control box and check the joystick assy and hardware and wiring real good in there. It might have some parts on the joystick that may have vibrated loose which might be causing the error and the slow operation.
