re:Machine very slow

I have a pc4500 center rider that is going very slow I have checked everything I have replaced the pot 1 and checked all fuses I have checked the pot 2,3,4 and it is not throwing any codes telling me why. I have also replaced the turtle and hare switch which is working but when you go to take off it is very slow brake is disengaged so that is not the problem. If anybody has any idea what this problem is please let me know

How slow is slow? If it's barely moving it could be an encoder bearing. If it's just slow it could be someone messed around with the settings.
