Re-furbishment of BT SV05N Pedestrian pallet truck with 240v hydraulic pallet lift

We are trying to re-furbish the above truck which is possibly about 40 yrs old. It is working but with two problems which we are trying to solve:
The oil seal at the top of the mast has a slight leak. To remove the mast we would normally unbolt the top of the mast from the top cross member. However the top bolt (with a hex key recess) has been spot welded into the cross member and no amount of drilling, cold chiseling, heating, etc. will budge it. Has anyone any suggestions? Is there any other way of replacing this mast head oil seal?

The truck has an open vented retangular oil reservoir with a dipstick. At some time in the past the oil level has dropped to below minimum and air has got into the system. We have refilled with oil but even after lifting up to max height and down again a few times there are still air bubbles passing down the transparent return tube as the platform is lowered. What is the best way to bleed the system?

We have not been able to get copies of any manuals for this truck which was built in Sweden and sold by BT Rolatruc of Slough. Has anyone any info we could have a copy of? The truck's plated details are as follows: Model: BTSV05N, Serial No.:4, Machine No.:6834, Weight:803lb, Lift height:92ins, Capacity 1100lb

Have you spoken to anyone at Toyota Material Handling?

Might be worth giving them a call in the UK & speaking to the parts department help desk, they will most likely have to contact BT Sweden for info on the truck.
